Happy 17th Birthday TODAY to our fabulous Excellence Player, Oziera Ahmad!
Oziera continues her training with our partner USTA Foundation Excellence training camp, Greensboro Tennis Foundation in North Carolina. Congratulations to her for winning the Girls 18 Singles excellence team event in Maryland recently. Her coach, Mike Belangia, was impressed with her efforts on the courts.
Her strokes, serves and attitude continue to improve, elevating Oziera to the International Tennis Federation playing arena. Here she plays on a world stage with 211 competing nations.
Oziera has recently returned from Costa Rica where she won the qualification round and entered the main draw. Although she wasn’t able to pull a win, she earned points for her ITF ranking.
Cancun Level 3 is next on the list for our world traveling tennis star. Let’s send good vibes for the win and show our support for a girl with an amazing tennis game and a great attitude. Go Oziera!
