In partnership with Longfellow New Hampshire Tennis & Swim Club, Advantage Kids offers Free! Tennis + Yoga sessions year-round on both indoor and outdoor courts at this beautiful tennis facility. Coach Scott McDougald leads sessions for kids of all ages with a registered yoga instructor. Also in the great city of Nashua is the Boys & Girls Club Tennis PLUS program, which takes place at either or both facilities in the winter months.
Advantage Kids started in the Lakes Region and continues to offer a bulk of our Free! Tennis PLUS Programs here in the summer months. Free programs can be found through Parks & Recreation Departments in the towns of Gilford, Laconia, Meredith, Moultonborough, and Tilton, lead by some of our most well-known and beloved Tennis Coaches and Yogis. Programs take place outdoors twice weekly in the summer months and then move into Boys & Girls Clubs and schools for the colder seasons.
Traditionally the home of our PreSeason Jamboree, Concord boasts of many locations and opportunities for Tennis PLUS Programs.
Headed up by longtime tennis pro and AK Board Member Kent Hemingway, the entire northern region of the state offers many, many programs and tournaments throughout the year. From Free! Tennis PLUS to Team Tournament Days and the famous Mountain Tennis Annual (men's tourney) Fundraiser, this area is bursting with programs and opportunities.
Seacoast Area Tennis PLUS (yoga +meditation) Programs are offered at Dover High School and other facilities, organized by Suzanne Vitko and lead by Certified Tennis Professionals and Registered Yoga Instructors.
We have high hopes for Tennis PLUS (yoga + meditation) in Manchester. In 2021, we are looking to form new partnerships with schools in the area to offer after school and summer programs. If you are or have a great contact for us, please send it our way!

Join Advantage Kids for a summer tennis session at the Memorial Park Tennis Courts! Mondays & Wednesdays from June 24 to July 1, kids ages 6 and up are welcome to join Coach Amir. Tennis + Yoga is a FREE program for kids of all ages to learn beginner tennis and yoga while having fun and building confidence!
