What: Advantage Kids Free! Tennis + Yoga

When: Tuesdays & Thursdays June 25 - August 1 (No Programs July 4th)
AGES 6-10 AT 6-7:30PM
AGES 11+ AT 6:30-8PM
Kids who play tennis do better in school, are less prone to substance use, and are healthier than even those who play other sports. Yoga + Meditation teaches kids to regulate their emotions, be more self-confident, and remain calm even in stressful times. Together, these activities provide kids a lifelong advantage on and off the courts.
Join Advantage Kids for another summer tennis session at the Prescott Park Tennis Courts!
Kids will learn the basics of tennis and everything they need to know to rally, keep score, and play a match!
We may ask you to have your child attend a different time slot based on their ability, age or if they have siblings in the program. Please check your emails for updates.
Equipment is provided, but bring your own racquet if you have one. No experience necessary. All are welcome.
As always, Advantage Kids beginner lessons are offered at no charge. We are a 501c3 nonprofit organization with a mission to pair tennis and yoga to develop kids’ physical and mental health. We run on donations!
