Leader of the Month: Robert Ronstadt

This month, we are proud to honor Robert Ronstadt, the visionary founder of Advantage Kids, as our Leader of the Month.

Robert was recently recognized at the USTA New Hampshire Hall of Fame ceremony, an honor celebrating his decades-long dedication to growing tennis and mentorship opportunities for youth across New Hampshire. His tireless work has created a lasting impact, providing countless children with access to free tennis programs, mentorship, and character-building opportunities.

“Tennis is a lifelong sport, but more importantly, it’s a vehicle for teaching values like integrity, resilience, and courage,” said Robert in his speech. “Adults pay so kids can play. Our job is to make sure young people discover joy, confidence, and hope through this game.”
